A "Request for Quote" (RFQ) does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. Pricing provided in response to RFQs is subject to market fluctuations and the immediate availability of specific rough or faceted inventory. Final pricing is solidified only upon the issuance of a Formal Export Invoice.
RV Gemstones maintains strict standards for ethical extraction. While we facilitate provenance documentation from recognized laboratories (GIA, SSEF, Gübelin), the final assessment of gemstone characteristics remains the responsibility of the client upon physical inspection or third-party laboratory verification.
All international exports are handled under CPT (Carriage Paid To) or CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) incoterms unless otherwise negotiated. The client is responsible for all local import duties and taxes in the destination jurisdiction. RV Gemstones Gems ensures all export documentation meets the requirements of the sourcing origin and the Kimberly Process where applicable.
Trade pricing, mining origin details, and specific inventory specifications shared through our platform are considered proprietary information and must not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent from RV Gemstones Gemstone Sourcing.
Any disputes arising from trade engagements through this platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the trade desk facilitating the transaction is located.
